Acer Projector

The acer_projector switch platform allows you to control the state of RS232 connected projectors from Acer.

Configuration

To use your Acer Projector in your installation, add the following to your configuration.yamlThe configuration.yaml file is the main configuration file for Home Assistant. It lists the integrations to be loaded and their specific configurations. In some cases, the configuration needs to be edited manually directly in the configuration.yaml file. The integration is now shown on the integrations page under Settings > Devices & services. Its entities are listed on the integration card itself and on the Entities tab.

Configuration Variables

filename string Required

The pipe where the projector is connected to.

name string (Optional)

The name to use when displaying this switch.

timeout integer (Optional)

Timeout for the connection in seconds.

write_timeout integer (Optional)

Write timeout in seconds.
