The Emby integrationIntegrations connect and integrate Home Assistant with your devices, services, and more. [Learn more] allows you to control a Emby multimedia system from Home Assistant.

To add Emby to your installation, add the following to your configuration.yamlThe configuration.yaml file is the main configuration file for Home Assistant. Configuration Variables

host string (Optional, default: localhost)

The host name or IP address of the device that is running Emby.

api_key string Required

The API key to use to authenticate.

ssl boolean (Optional, default: false)

Connect with HTTPS/WSS. Your SSL certificate must be valid.

port integer (Optional)

The port number of the device that is running Emby.

8096 (No SSL), 8920 (SSL)
